A scenic and challenging 10 mile run returning on Sunday 29 November 2026, bringing runners together to remember Frank and support Headway Jersey and Jersey Stroke Support.
Ninth year · 10 mile run
Created by Headway ambassador Harry McAlinden in memory of his friend Frank MacFarlane, Running for Frubbs returns for its ninth year. This year’s run supports Headway Jersey and Jersey Stroke Support, with support from Paul and Harry at Trail Monkey Jersey.

The course
The 10 mile course follows the 2025 route from the Waterfront to St Aubin along the bay, then returns via the Railway Walk. Water is available in St Aubin near Little Gem beach café. Explore the route on the map below or open its interactive Strava view.
