About the Corporate Cup
Now in its 11th year, the Corporate Cup brings workplaces, clubs/gyms and solo runners together for six fast, fun races. Teams field up to four runners each race; the best three team results across the series decide the trophies.
Who can enter?
- Corporate Teams: 4 runners per race. All runners must be employees of the company they represent.
- Gyms & Clubs: Mixed category (at least one from the opposite gender per race).
- Solo Runners: Men, Women and Mixed awards for the series.

- Race 6 (Final + Awards): Wed 23 Sep 2026 — 17:45 (this date may change due to the superleague Triathlon being league triathlon - we will communicate this in plenty of time)

Race Pack Pickup
When: TBC • Where: Canaccord Wealth Management, 37 Esplanade (reception, 4th floor).
- One representative per team to collect; numbers are for the entire series.
- Post-deadline entrants may not receive an event T-shirt.
- This is the only collection window; no on-the-day registration.

The Course
Turn-by-Turn (A–H)
- Start → bear left past La Fregate (keep right).
- Left turn → keep to the right.
- Right turn.
- Left turn.
- Left at Radisson.
- Turning point at Tiffin.
- Left onto Marina Walk.
- Turning point → return on Upper Walk to Finish.
How the Points Work
Teams
- 4 runners per race score for the team.
- Points equal the sum of finishing positions within your category (Men, Women, Mixed).
- Series result = total points across your best three races (lowest wins).
- To qualify for fastest male/female series awards: compete in at least 4 races.
Solo Runners
- Men, Women and Mixed categories with series awards.
- Best three positions across races count to final standings.

- Bib visible on the front at all times.
- Follow the marked course and marshal instructions.
- No pacers • No dogs • No transport or external apparatus.
- Littering = disqualification and potential ban.
- Enter at your own risk; indemnity required during entry.
- No official time limit; please be courteous to other path users.

Race Results & Queries
Publishing: Results are posted within 24 hours on our website and social channels. Team and solo standings are updated after each race.
- One-week window for queries: Team captains must raise any timing or result concerns within 7 days of results being published.
- After the 7-day window: results stand and series tables will be calculated on that basis.
FAQs
Can I join mid-series?
Yes. You can join at any point. To appear in series standings you need results from at least three races.
What’s the minimum age?
16 on the day of the race. Under 18s may require a consent form.
Can we use reserves/substitutes?
Yes. Substitutes must be employed by the same business. You do not need to inform organisers of changes, just make sure the correct bib is used.
Is there a dress code?
No strict dress code. Team colours and logos are encouraged.
Can I bring my dog?
No, for safety reasons dogs are not permitted in Corporate Cup races.
Are there facilities to leave personal items?
A small secure area is available near the finish, space permitting. Please bring only essentials.
What happens if weather is severe?
We will attempt to reschedule; if not possible, a cancellation may occur. Communication will be via email and social media.
